Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  2. Our team will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions on how to send the items back to us.
  3. Pack the item(s) securely in the original product packaging, if possible. Please include all paperwork, parts, and accessories.
  4. Return the item(s) using the shipping carrier most convenient for you. We recommend using a carrier that provides tracking and insurance as we are not responsible for lost or damaged packages.
  5. Once we receive your returned item(s), we will inspect them and process the refund accordingly. Please allow at least one billing cycle for the credit to appear on your statement.
